05-15-2026: Submitted Kusama Network "Proof of Personhood" bounty proposal.
What's the half-life of the advantage I want to protect? The bounty demands GPL public disclosure. I decided it is worth the risk. Whether I win the award or not the proposal will be public. My idea might crash. Or it might be a stupid idea. It might even be copyable. Any one of these sounds better than the alternative, which is doing nothing at all with an idea. The bounty will be an accelerant - if I get it.
05-13-2026 Deployed my idea to cloudflare - it works!
03-01-2026 filed a provisional patent.
I can't predict whether the design I'm working on will be obvious in a year or not. I think it's obvious right now! I don't understand why no one has built it yet. I'm not waiting. I'm building. Around the edges I am refining the shape of things to come. The main hypothesis hasn't changed.
November 2025 started researching a vague idea.
